1. Scope & Conclusion of Contract

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts between NOI Studios GmbH ("NOI Studios") and its customers regarding participation in group Reformer Pilates classes.

1.2 Customers within the meaning of these Terms & Conditions are all individuals who participate in classes at NOI Studios, either through online booking or in person.

1.3 A binding contract is concluded when a class is booked via the online booking system and confirmed by NOI Studios. By booking, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions and the Studio Policy.

 

2. Services Offered by NOI Studios

2.1 NOI Studios offers only group classes on the Reformer.
2.2 Available offers include:

  • Single class bookings (Drop-in)

  • 4 and 8 class Drop-in Tickets

  • Ongoing memberships

  • A one-time introductory offer for new clients

2.3 The current class schedule and services are published and regularly updated at www.noistudios.de. Subject to change.

2.4 Changes to Class Schedule & Cancellations
Opening hours and class schedules are published and regularly updated on the NOI Studios website. NOI Studios reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule, class content or assigned instructors at any time.

NOI Studios reserves the right to cancel a class if fewer than five participants are registered 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time, or if organizational or health-related issues (e.g. instructor illness, technical issues, force majeure) prevent the class from taking place.

Customers will be informed via email or booking platform. A free rescheduling to another class will be offered. If rescheduling is not possible or not desired, a full refund will be issued.

 

3. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

3.1 All bookings are made through the bsport booking platform. Bookings via third-party partners such as Urban Sports Club or ClassPass are also processed through bsport. These third-party providers have their own terms and conditions which apply in addition to those of NOI Studios.

3.2 Customers must create a bsport account and agree to its terms and data processing policy. NOI Studios is not liable for technical errors caused by bsport or its partner platforms.

3.3 Group classes can be canceled free of charge up to 12 hours before class starts. Cancellations made after this time or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit (for Drop-in Tickets, Urban Sports Club or ClassPass bookings) or will be counted as used (for memberships).

3.4 Late arrivals
Customers who arrive after the scheduled class start time will not be allowed to participate. The door will be closed at class start. The booking is forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

 

4. Validity & Use of Offers

4.1 Intro Offer
Valid for 30 days from the date of the first class. Available once per person. Non-transferable.

4.2 Drop-in Tickets (4 / 8 classes)
Validity as specified in the booking platform. Non-transferable. Non-extendable. Any unused credits expire after the validity period.

4.3 Memberships
Valid within the terms of the selected membership. Minimum terms and cancellation periods are outlined during the booking process.

 

5. Prices & Payment

5.1 The prices published on the website at the time of booking apply. NOI Studios reserves the right to adjust prices.

5.2 Payment is made exclusively online (credit card, direct debit, PayPal, etc.). Cash payments are not accepted.

5.3 Vouchers or promotions are only valid during the published period and are not combinable. A cash payout is excluded.

 

6. Liability

6.1 Participation in classes is at the customer’s own risk.
6.2 NOI Studios is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
6.3 NOI Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

 

7. Health & Safety

7.1 By booking, customers confirm that they are physically able to participate in a Reformer Pilates class.

7.2 Customers with existing or recent medical conditions (e.g. injuries, surgeries, pregnancy) may only participate with prior medical clearance.

7.3 Absences due to illness do not entitle the customer to refunds or deadline extensions.

 

8. Studio Policy

8.1 Punctuality & Conduct

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts.

  • Be respectful toward instructors and other participants.

  • Phones must be set to silent in the studio.

8.2 Hygiene & Attire

  • Wear clean, appropriate workout clothing.

  • Grip socks are mandatory (available at the studio).

  • Refrain from wearing strong fragrances.

8.3 Touch Technique
Instructors may use hands-on guidance to support proper movement execution. Please inform your instructor before class if you do not wish to receive physical adjustments.

 

9. Copyright

All content, concepts and materials used by NOI Studios are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution is not permitted without written consent.

 

10. Data Protection

NOI Studios processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Full details are available in the privacy policy at www.noistudios.de.

 

11. Right of Withdrawal

For online bookings, a statutory right of withdrawal applies for 14 days. This right expires if the service (class) begins within this period and has been fully provided (§ 356 (5) BGB).

 

12. Final Provisions

12.1 The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
12.2 Jurisdiction is Berlin, unless otherwise required by law.
12.3 If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
